City Digital Twins are powerful tools for understanding and improving complex urban environments. However, such twins can be very resource-intensive and challenging to manage and keep up-to-date. To address this, we experimented with light-weight city (tiny) twins designed specifically for a given problem or issue, using only relevant data.
In this student-powered webinar, four case studies will be discussed that use data-driven simple city models to tackle serious city issues like improving air quality. The main goal is to encourage discussion and provide inspiration and feedback to both the students and industry participants.
